Aside from the fact that all of your below standard scans have been of such an incredibly substandard quality, your wallpapers are made from png's you have found elsewhere on the internet. Wallpapers must be 100% your own creation.

Please do not continue to submit extracted scans. Just because you have extracted it and filled the extracted background with text does not mean you have scanned the image. What you have done is taken an image someone else has scanned, extracted it, and then put the character's name in the background. By doing this it means that if someone wants to use the image they will have to extract it all over again from the text-background that you have created. But it is seriously doubtful that anyone would use the scans that you submit because of the poor condition that they were in to begin with due to the low quality extract that you did.

MiniTokyo only accepts High Quality scans in order for other members to use the imagery as a resource for their wallpapers. Therefore your low quality extracted scans will continue to be deleted.
